Modern spacious apartment. The rooftop garden with views of the Hollywood sign was great. Location was great. Short drive to all the main attractions.

This was in a great location, a rooftop space, and it had it's own parking garage under the building (with chargers for electric cars). This we really appreciated. The apartment was clean and had ample space. But all the windows had terrible shades. There was a large bright digital billboard outside the building that seemed to be on all night. This place needed "blackout" curtains or shades. It was so bright inside that we had difficulty sleeping. After the first night we had to buy sleeping eye masks, which were not easy to find.

We contacted Hollywood Homes Studio Apartments before booking to confirm whether the place was suitable for infants and families. We specifically asked about proper blinds and a dark room for nighttime sleep, and were assured everything was “good.” The reality could not have been more different. From the moment we arrived, communication was awful. Even getting a parking spot was a struggle. Once we got into the unit, we realized just how misleading their description was: the blinds were extremely cheap and completely useless, letting in bright light all night long. On top of that, a commercial sign outside was shining directly into the room, making it almost impossible for anyone—let alone an infant—to sleep. To make matters worse, the noise at night was excessive and constant. We reached out to the property for help, and after one promise to move us to another room, they completely ignored every email afterward—no follow-up, no apology, nothing. Their customer service is non-existent. I absolutely do not recommend this property to anyone, especially families with children. Save yourself the stress and book somewhere else.

Encore mieux que sur les photos. On ne s’attendait pas du tout à ça, David est très sympa, il a su nous renseigner et nous aider. L’appartement est vraiment super ! Je recommande et reviendrait à 100%.
