This loft is walking distance to everything DTLA has to offer including bars, restaurants, museums, art galleries, and more. The train station is 2 blocks away and Uber comes in 2 mins or less so getting around is easy
The space
The Bartlett Building is a historical landmark built in 1911 and was the tallest building in the city for 5 years. It was converted into individual lofts and ground floor retail in 2002. The building maintains much of its original character and is truly a pleasure to live in. It is located in the best part of DTLA with everything you need within walking distance.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire loft which includes a full kitchen with all appliances in addition to all pots, pans, utensils, plates and cups. There is an in unit washer and dryer and full bath tub and shower. The loft has high speed internet as well as a TV with Netflix, HBO Max, Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+.
