Loft in heart of the Arts District

My space is modern with all new amenities. It is a 2br/2ba loft, of which you will have access to everything, including the washer/dryer. The neighbors are quiet so you will have undisturbed sleep. There is an August Smart Lock on the door for keyless entry but you will need the FOB in order to insert the parking garage, building, or elevators. My home is decked out with anything you need to make your stay comfortable, and what we don't have, we can get, within reason. I truly want this to be your home away from home.

The area is very active, filled with 3 breweries and lots of hip restaurants like the new LA ChaChaCha rooftop. It is a 2min walk to Little Tokyo, which is filled with all sorts of shops and restaurants. Keep an eye out, you might just see a celebrity or 2 as movies are being filmed constantly. Surprisingly enough, this never affects traffic. It's the best of both worlds. We are also a 5min walk from the heart of DTLA and the Walt Disney Concert Hall.

Getting around is easy if you don't have a car. There are commuter bikes and scooters right outside of the apartment. The apartment is also 5min from Union Station if you prefer taking the train. My place is 2min from Little Tokyo. 5min from Staples Center, the Walt Disney Concert Hall, The Santee Alley, and the Los Angeles Flower Market. 10min from Chinatown, Dodger Stadium and the Natural History Museum. 15min from Hollywood and Koreatown. 30min from Santa Monica, LAX and the OC.
