Room was not ready at 4pm forncheck in. Waited 15 minutes which made it tight for me to get to sofi for the game. Following morning I discovered no shower gel or shampoo in bathroom once already in the shower which was annoying.Went downstairs to front desk got a shrug of shoulders and she shuffled away to get me some like it was a nuisance to her. No apology.

The rooms were great, beds so comfy and the hotel itself is very clean and comfortable. Staff was so helpful. Great location for So-Fi Stadium games.

Great property - quiet room, clean and felt safe. Wasted time with advanced check in - don't bother. Asked all the same questions and wanted all the same documents. Coworker didn't preregister and had same experience. Otherwise very happy with everything!

The room was ok. There were a few crackes and dirt. The room came with a mini fridge and microwave. Front desk was ok. They were not the most hospitable. No smoking areas on property and the elevators were down so we had to walk up and down the stairs.
