The lady upfront was trying to charge us extra for getting a sheet a little dirty with mascara.she claimed it wouldn’t have came off when washing the sheets and wanted $40 from our deposit. My mom and I were able to remove the stain though with wipes so I know it would have been possible for the stain to be removed if the bed sheets were put to wash. At the end we showed her that the stains were coming off so she didn’t end up charging us extra but she was over exaggerating about the bed sheet and made a big deal out of it. The beds were also hard we can feel the spring wire part when u lay down. This was the stain that was left on the sheet.

Decent location. Everything seems updated but very small. No closet area. The door wasn't sealed well so cold air blew in all night and you could hear EVERYTHING outside. Could hear the upstairs people peeing and showering. The bathroom door didn't have a lock and you could hear everything in there too. If you need privacy, this ain't it. You have to pay $10 for parking. No other amenities. OK for price, I suppose.
