★ A FRIENDLY NOTE ABOUT OUR HOUSE RULES & FEES ★
We want you to relax and enjoy your stay, but to help keep things in top condition for all our guests, we do have a few important reminders:
✔ Smoke-Free Stay
Our homes are 100% smoke-free for everyone's comfort. A $1,000 fee applies for smoking of any kind inside the property.
✔ TV Remote Safety
If a TV remote goes missing, there's a $250 replacement fee, so please leave it where you found it.
★ADDITIONAL NOTES★
1. No additional guests not mentioned in the reservation. Unaccounted guests will be charged $50 per person per night.
2. No parties, loud noise or music (at any hour). Guests having a party will be charged a $1000 fine and removed from the property with no refund.
3. Absolutely no smoking/vaping anywhere else besides the balcony/3RD floor patio. Please keep doors shut, whether inside or outside, at all times.
4. No glass articles in any outdoor areas.
5. All TV and/or AC remotes must be stowed in respective remote holders. Any missing TV remote will incur a $250 fine per remote.
6. The owner and host are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses arising out of, or in connection with the guests’ use/ occupancy of the premises.
