Fantastic location.

Pros: Location and staff.
Cons: Happy with everything
Location: Venice beach boardwalk and canals 20 minute walk. Santa Monica via Abbott Kinney a long walk but a short bus trip.
Fantastic location for exploring Venice Beach and Santa Monica. Bus stop outside the hotel will get you to most other places in LA at a great price. Great value compared to other hotels in the area. Good continental breakfast. Staff always friendly and helpful. Rooms spacious, clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.
