At the big problem over there just charge me $50 for the parking and I asked you why you charge me this much money and this is the Long Beach because a visiting places that’s why I charge you. I don’t know. I think it’s not good.

The hotel and staff exceeded our expectations. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The assistant manager, I can’t remember his name, but he was also our driver to the port was very informative. We give this hotel and staff a 2 thumbs up.

My family and booked this hotel for the curb appeal and driving Convenience to my friends daughters prom who invited my son as her date. We wanted to be close for when they needed to be picked up. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We were able to use the hotels common areas as backdrops to take their send off photos.
