I entried my digital account info when made the reservation but then I was asked by IRMA to pass my card to check in when arrived the place, the money was taken from the card by the credit card machine. Then that night (5:00 am) it was charged again from the digital acount I used to make the reservation. Hotel staff was trying to find what hapenned but said it wasnt charged in the machine, but the money was taken from the account of the plastic card. I showed them the charge in my bank app but didnt gave a solution. I NEED YOUR HELP ON THIS PLEASE. After sending this message to you via Expedia, I realized that another charge was did on 01/06, so I was triple charged for this stay.

Everything was amazing, but the breakfast food was hard to keep up when it was busy so there was quite a wait, but food was good. I did call the week before to make sure my two rooms were close together and they said we'd be on the same floor, but when we got there we were not and that was inconvenient for our families. Overall, very nice hotel
