My guest house bungalow in the Hollywood Hills is for you! 18 foot cathedral ceilings with a chandelier, 75 inch television, blazing fast wifi, historic architecture, and wildlife such as humming birds, owls, squirrels, deer, to make you feel one with nature. Palm trees, Birds of Paradise, and plenty of beautiful plants surround the property. Renovated 6 months ago with tile floors, new appliances, quartz countertops, and a private serene street in the Hollywood Hills. Amazing outdoor patio area and beautiful views of the mountains and Hollywood sign in every room. Each room has a lot of natural light and feels very open and relaxed. Completely removed from the highway and relaxing calmness brings clarity to your living. 5 minutes from Universal/Studio City, and 5 minutes from the Hollywood Bowl. Also a quick drive to Burbank near the studios. 5 minutes all the Hollywood Nightlife, clubs, and the Hollywood walk of fame. Runyon Canyon is a 3 minute drive to go hiking! This unit give you PRIVACY! you are not sharing a room, and it is a very quiet street.

No smoking, no parties, no drug use, no pets.
