I always stay at Hampton Inn properties and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a Hampton/Hilton and at a hotel in general. On the first night of our stay, a large man broke and entered our room, and stood at the foot of the bed with my toddler and husband with me. When we woke up, he quickly retreated, and my husband followed him to the lobby. We called the police - apparently this is not the first time this has happened at this property. Thank God I was not alone and that he did not enter another room with a solo female or someone else who is more vulnerable. The staff was nice about it, but that is not really enough. They said they've seen this man multiple times wandering the building. Why was he allowed in? Why hasn't it been handled? I fear for other people staying here in the future. The hotel is also very rundown and the worst-looking Hampton I've been to.

We have stayed at a few other hotels in the area and this one is our favorite. The location is perfect with lots of dining options and quick easy access to the freeway. The breakfast isn’t anything you wouldn’t find anywhere else, but we appreciate it. My only complaint is the seating in the common area. Year after year the cushions on the chairs are completely blown out. You sink straight to the bottom which puts you too low to eat comfortably.

Black mold in the bathroom, they tried to paint over the black mold as well, room didn’t look anything like the picture that showed, tv was small and old, facility was out of date all around out of supplies, the gym was a joke and smelled like cat piss, they tried to tell me my 4 night stay reservation was only a 1 night and argued until I showed them my reservation confirmation but told me they had the right name. Shower doesn’t have clear instructions and you can severely burn yourself if you’re not careful because if you turn it the wrong way it goes from hot to scolding . Worst hotel experience iv had in a long time, worse 1000 dollars Iv spend in a long time.

Very nice and comfortable

We got stuck in Ontario after our flight was diverted. I was able to book a room quickly on hotels.com. The room was very clean and comfortable and breakfast was nice. We were able to check in very quickly.

No fridge or microwave- those were left out in the hall. The toilet was broken and maybe only flushed every 5th time. Trash in the corners and drawers.
