Other things to note
Top-Floor Advantage: As a top-floor unit, you’ll enjoy the best views and no overhead foot traffic. Please note that the balcony is a wonderful spot to watch the boats, but we ask that no items be hung over the railing to maintain the building’s "ship-shape" appearance.
