-Elevator makes a banshee like screech -Halls smelled like pastrami and feet -Clock and fridge was buzzing all night like a fly -Towels were worn out and some were dirty -No shampoo -COLD Shower every night. Asked to repair but wasn’t addressed -Slow drain sink -Dirty toilet -Mold on the side of the toilet -No option for room cleaning -Electric key cards broke every night This was bad.

Check in was smooth. Went to to request kitchenware items. Was told would be some time. Had an issue with door, front desk staff came up and resolved. Requested kitchenware items update and was told "That's not my job". Called down after over an hr and was told "I'm alone and you would need to come down". Went down to discover is was the same front desk staff who told my husband it wasn't her job. She was a little snappy and had a lil attitude. Other than children running around on the floor above us, the stay was ok.

Personally it was an uncomfortable stay. The pillows were small, fat and firm uncomfortable to use. The shower was the lowest mounted i have ever seen. I found it gross that the plastic drinking cups and kleenex were on the bar behind/over the toilet, when there is a sink and counter outside the bathroom. Need to have the elevators serviced so both work and the doors dont squeel like stuck pigs.

This place is really run down. I've stayed at a lot of hotels and while no experience is ever perfect, this is the first hotel I've sworn I'll never stay at again. The carpet in the middle of the room had a large hole in it, there were two giant paint splotches on the walls (what were they trying to cover up!?), the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and there were zero amenities immediately available. We had to ask for kitchen supplies, and the first time we asked they said to give them 30-40 minutes and they'd be ready. We came back an hour later and a different employee told us the exact same thing, that they'd be ready in 30-40 minutes. An hour after THAT, they were finally ready but the one thing we really needed, a strainer, was not available. Our room was never once cleaned, but five minutes before 11am on the day we were checking out, we got a loud knock at the door from housekeeping, anxious to get us out so they could turn the room over. The hotel is animal-friendly which we didn't know until we arrived, so there were constantly dogs around which was terrifying for my 7-year-old son who has a major dog phobia. I'd say the only positives I'd give this hotel are that the rooms are large, the hotel is close to lots of food and shopping, the parking is free, and it's close to the airport. But I think the rate we paid was far too high for the experience we had.

ESTAY refused to change the room due to cig smell and refused room service for 1 week stay, they didn't have the kitchenware yet they offer kitchen. I think it has become a homeless hotel by charging the taxpayers double yet regular staying guest are treated like homeless too!

The room was really dirty

The room was really dirty and they didn’t have any actual cups or plates or anything, they gave us little paper cups and I had to buy paper plates and bowls from the Walmart nearby. There was stains on just about everything, The staff was really unprofessional when I called and asked about an early check in.
