Only one elevator was working, staff didn’t explain any of the amenities available. The bed wasn’t that comfortable plus the sheets didn’t fit so I had to keep fixing them. Also, the hallway echos really bad so if people are being loud outside your door it sounds like they’re in your room.

The staff were amazing and the room was very nice. I took two stars off because there was a very loud humming noise all night long and we couldn’t leave the window open because it was so loud (maybe the freeway but it was REALLY noisy), and also when I showered, I lost hot water intermittently throughout. Seemed like when another room turned their hot water on, mine went cold. Not a pleasant experience. Finally, the ice machine on our floor (3rd), wasn’t turned on when we arrived so we had to go to the second floor to get ice. I called the front desk and they said they would have an engineer take care of it, but it still wasn’t fixed the next morning so I once again had to travel to the second floor for ice.
