Towels and linens were clean and fresh. Room clean and comfortable. The hotel is well insulated from the exterior (airplane) noise; however, every time another door in the hallway was shut, we could hear a very loud click. There was a stain in the carpet. Shades were blackout but did not shut completely and let in a streak of light. Hotel is very convenient to LAX and the shuttles to and from were prompt. Hotel is in an area without many restaurant choices — unless you want to eat in another hotel.
