This home is on one of the most desired streets in San Fernando. It's close to the Metrolink and 20-30 minutes away from most of the Los Angeles landmarks. It's a great home for groups or families to vacation and enjoy all of LA has to offer!

The property has a unit directly behind the main house that may have guests. The guests will access the unit through the side gate and side porch.

There is a charcoal grill that is available for grilling. If you would like to use it please bring charcoal.

This is a family neighborhood. No parties, loud gatherings, or loud noises.

The city of San Fernando has it’s own police department and they are quick to respond to any issues that arise.

Daisy & Her team were exceptional in their communicating & very helpful. I loved the placards on the walls & The kitchen area was warm and friendly and perfect for entertaining. We wish there was a few more towels & toiletries..wish there was some seating in the MBR. Since the bed was high, it was hard to sit down and get dressed. And we wish the beds and the other 2 bedrooms were larger for adult guests. Patio & Yard area was spectacular excellent for outdoor dining and gathering

Space for family
This property was in a descent area with plenty off things around to eat. The house itself was great with space to entertain friends we came to visit who live nearby. Backyard and outdoor area was a great area to have and the modern updates on kitchen really expanded the space. Plenty of amenities at the house and even a few items in fridge that we were able to use. I would recommend this to my friends and consider staying again if we go back to visits.

Don’t get too comfortable
I made the mistake of not reading through the other reviews before booking so I’d suggest starting there. The house is cute, the beds are comfortable, the patio is nice. It was 20 min to Magic Mountain and 20 min to Universal. But it’s true that there are post it notes all over the house reminding you to not do this and make sure you do that. Don’t close the bathroom door or it will fall off, don’t open the fridge next to the microwave, don’t use the A/C too much. The kitchen rugs are also taped to the ground with packing tape which was odd. I also made the mistake of assuming there would be shampoo and conditioner or SOAP like all the VRBO’s I’ve stayed at for 6 years. When we realized in the middle of kids baths and messaged the owner, they responded that it’s not required or listed under amenities. So just understand that this is purely a business to them and being truly comfortable isn’t possible when you’re worried you’re going to break a rule.

Inaccurate location description
This property is not a 3 min walk from mission college as the listing states. You will get exactly what you see on the pictures. A remodeled kitchens, the rest of the house is dated and not well equipped for stay. One of the bedroom has two random beds and not real door, the top and the bottom are cut off- so much for privacy. There was no ironing board and the iron was extreme old. There were card board handwritten notes/instructions all over the house. It felt very uninviting and very careless, common use a printer if you must leave us instruction under each light switch. All and all the stay was ok.

This house was perfect for a family getaway. The yard was large and gorgeous with lots of things for the kids to do. The outside dining and the indoor kitchen were stunning! It was perfect for our stay.

Nice updates, but not as described (NO HOT TUB!!)
The property was nicely updated and spacious, but we were disappointed that there was no hot tub (but it was listed on the website) and there was a long list of cleaning tasks upon checkout. We messaged the manager when we arrived about no hot tub (why was it on the listing?) and damage in one of the bathrooms, but never received a response. The manager ignored our message and even took time to remind us about the long cleaning checkout tasks (strip all bedding and start a load of laundry, remove all trash, start dishwasher, turn of all heat, etc). They did not even acknowledge that the listing was inaccurate. I think they meant the house had a BATHTUB, but it was hot a hot tub (which are outside and a big selling point for people staying). This entire thing could have been avoided with an accurate listing and a response from the manager.
