The house was perfect for us and lots of extras included- coffee pods, tea, fresh flowers. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash in showers. Host let us check in early on our arrival date. Super close to the beach, we headed to Alamitos Bay most days and that is a 3 minute walk even with a toddler in tow. Great vacation for us and our grandkids! Thanks!

Our stay at Steve’s place was perfect for my son’s wedding weekend. The patio was a popular hang out spot with a spectacular view of Catalina Island, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. A fresh bouquet of flowers was a nice welcoming touch along with plenty of coffee pods to wake up to. Also, the beds were comfortable with plenty of extra pillows and blankets.

The unit was very clean and thoughtfully stocked. Flowers were delivered after we arrived. Thank you. There is parking for a full sized truck or two compact cars. The owners live upstairs. About 200 teenagers congregated at the beach across the road and started fighting resulting in 7 LBPD units and an air unit broadcasting for them to disperse. Lasted about 2 hours, unsettling.

We had such a wonderful stay here and would absolutely book again. The location truly can’t be beat—just a short walk to the bay, the beach, and the aquarium, which made everything so easy and enjoyable. The house was incredibly well stocked with everything you’d expect from a great beach house—plenty of towels, beach toys, and even thoughtful extras like sunscreen. The little touches really stood out too, like the Keurig and the fully stocked bathrooms with shampoo and conditioner.Everything felt comfortable, clean, and well taken care of. We especially loved that it’s dog-friendly, which made the trip even better for our family.Highly recommend—if you’re considering this place, look no further!
