While the property is beautiful, I felt like the front desk staff was struggling to check people in quickly. They were kind and gracious, but it was a 10-15 minute wait, which I'm not used to in properties of this caliber. I did not check out because the wait was too long and I had to get to work. I travel weekly, so this experience was a disappointment and I felt like the front desk was understaffed with only two people working. Additionally, the room next to me had the TV blaring the welcome screen music for two days. I called the front desk many times to ask them to turn it down, but it was never resolved. I was told once that it was not after 10:00 PM so there was nothing they could do. Another time they said they would check the room. Two calls went unanswered because they never picked up, and one time they hung up on me. I went to bed at 11PM and the TV next door was blaring, then woke up at 2AM to the same music, and when my alarm went off at 5AM it was still blaring. This is so unacceptable. There were clearly no guests in the room, but in order to sleep, I was forced to put my white noise on at full volume to try to drown it out. I was extremely frustrated by my second night and couldn't get anyone at the front desk to help me. This is not only a suggestion for the front desk, but a suggestion to the hotel staff to be aware of the TV sound when they are prepping the room for a guest. I'm not sure if I'll choose this hotel again when I return in October.

i did not like the rectangle toilet. i did not like the sink drain. it drains slow. there is no way to close it or open it. also the constant fan going in the bathroom. i think its decor is beautiful.

Great vibe and location but DO NOT do breakfast option. The buffet was sparse and you only had a choice of two hot dishes. They ran out of caffeinated Nespresso pods for two days straight, only breads were a loaf or croissant, and in general not worth the price. Across the street is the well regarded Urth Cafe as an alternative. Great area. Did not like that they clean room and fix bed every other day. EXCELLENT valet service.

The property just opened and front desk staff is poorly trained. The Bar and Lounge staff was very nice so that was the only bright spot of the stay. I was there for four nights and they never cleaned my room…. They also charge $100 per night for incidentals and I never used any of the services, especially the morning breakfast that was poorly executed from what the pictures show on their site.

Hotel itself is generally fine but services can be a little lacking. The front desk informed me that self parking has no in-and-out privilege and only valet parking would have such privilege. This turned out to be completely untrue based on the parking attendant. During the stay, it was unclear whether the breakfast was included and upon requesting for a coffee, I was promptly handed a bill along with the coffee without having ever been informed that there would be a charge. Finally, at checkout, I only realized that I was charged for valet every day when I asked if there are charges. The front desk was just going to charge me and let me walk out the door. It is also the case that I never ever used valet parking so these were false charges that the front desk had to verify with valet to help clear the final charges. These made for a very unpleasant experience.

The staff was very friendly and eager to please. We had a problem with our AC in the room. They were not able to readily gix the issue, which resulted in a VERY chilly night for us. They adjusted our bill accordingly and we would stay there again.

Brand new hotel at a great location. One entrance on Colorado Boulevard (with a doorman), and the main entrance/valet parking in the rear. The room was very quiet and the bed extremely comfortable with great pillows. Friendly staff.
