The AC in the hotel did not work. Maintenance had to reboot the system and it caused all of the lights on AC and smoke detectors to blink. Luckily only lasted about 15 minutes and did not interrupt our sleep.

There were multiple points of failure at this property with front desks not being staffed to phones not being answered. AC wasn’t working. Bed a tons of hair on it. And on and on.

I mean it’s brand new. Roof top dining is a great spot with views of Pasadena and the mountains. It is expensive though. Valet only parking is inconvenient

The major issue is that when we checked in the system was down and we had to wait, the check in person said they would get us, but I had to go to the desk to find out the system was back up. The other thing, is that breakfast cost $30 each. We saw thw buffet, not worth even close to $30,,,, we elected to eat elsewhere.
