Townhouse

Only 10 minutes walk to all local facilities, restaurants, bars, shops and award winning blue flag beaches of the Mar Menor.

This townhouse is situated on the family friendly gated complex of Playa 3. Within the complex you have a main pool with outside shower and separate children's pool, approx. 6 meters from the house.

The ground floor consists of kitchen, 2nd bedroom with two single beds, living room, shower and toilet. Also on the ground floor you have privacy to a covered terrace for those 'al fresco' dining and a walled fenced garden with sunbeds and further sunbeds on the roof terrace.

The first floor has a main bathroom/shower, toilet and washing machine. The main bedroom has a double bed which leads to its own balcony with a table and seating for four which overlooks the pools and gardens.

The large private roof terrace has 360 degrees view with optional awnings which is ideal for secluded sunbathing.

All rooms have ceiling fans including kitchen which is included in the rental. The living room and main bedroom have metered air-conditioning.

Mosquito nets are installed on all doors and windows.

Home is located in a small beautifully presented complex in a prime location a short walk from the many bars and restaurants of the strip. Several supermarkets are also within 5 minutes walking distance and the beach is 10 minutes in the other direction. Everything you could require is provided in the home and contents are the quality you would expect in a 5* let. Air con, WiFi and TV are also included and a nice touch was the welcome pack Barbara left for us so that we could have a cuppa after our journey. Paul also offered us a pick up and drop of service which made our holiday so much easier. A great point was him waiting for us with his luminous green brolly....we spotted him immediately and had no need for running around checking where our driver was as has been a bone of contention in the past with other holidays. All in all a first class experience which we hope to return to in the future.

Excellent property with absolutely everything you need for a self catering holiday! Spacious, clean, in excellent condition and very secure with locked communal gates. Little details made a big difference such as ceiling fans in every room (air con in living room and main bedroom), fridge on the roof terrace and even a wheeled shopping bag for a big shop (there 5 big supermarkets to walk to within 1 mile).Close proximity to the beach which we walked to every morning and main restaurants just at the end of the street. Excellent communication from Paul and Barbara and we would highly recommend this property for a family holiday!

A great holiday in a lovely property. Spotlessly clean with all the amenities you could need and some added little extras.Barbara and Paul are fantastic hosts , great communication, helpful and provide airport transfers.We will definitely make a return.
