We booked this last minute after a secondary flight was cancelled. Hotel staff picked us up from the ferry upon arrival and dropped us back off in the morning in time for the trip back across to the airport. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel is within walking distance to many shops and eateries. Very nice experience overall.

Hotel staff was very helpful anf friendly. Picked us up, kept our luggage as we explored town, and put it in our room. Cozy and convenient room right over the creek. Step climbing required.

Hotel Shuttle to and from the Airport Ferry. Room was great. Area along the salmon creek was interesting with shops and restaurants. Downtown and the cruise ships ports literally just two blocks away.

We arrived early but the lady was willing to pick us up from the airport and let us check in right away. She even walked us to the room and carried our bags upstairs! It is in the middle of town and pretty walkable to most things. It was very quiet

Bear in mind that you are in an old (territorial old) building. The room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of amenities in the room and common areas to meet a travelers need. Slept like a baby. The shower wasnt (and by virtue of the age of the building, cant be) high pressure. Stay here for a comfortable, cozy, lodging experience that gives you a sense of life of historic Ketchikan. Would Stay again any time Im in Ketchikan

Great spot, plenty of restaurants close enough to walk to. Beautiful area next to the creek, have their own private deck where you can watch the seals and salmon in the creek.

The staff was great and efficient. Great location in really cool part of Ketchikan. Room was very nice and had great amenities.

We spent 4 nights here in July. The room was lovely. The staff were friendly...they even drove me to the supermarket across town in the hotel van. That was kind and helpful. We loved being on Ketchikan Creek to see the harbor seals . It's a bit loud if the room faces the street, but hey, when you are in the center of where everyone wants to be, that will happen. Thanks for a great stay!
