House classified 5* in December 2021 located 4.5 kms from the centre of LORGUES, house of Provencal charm entirely renovated in July 2021 located on a property of 6500 m2 with a small wood at the rear of the house pool side: 5 bedrooms including a master suite with a terrace, another bedroom with 2 single beds. 4 bathrooms: one with a bath, one with a shower area (downstairs bedrooms) Italian shower in the master suite and another shower area for the upstairs bedroom. 3 WCS. A large 220m2 travertine beach around an 11m x 4m swimming pool with a pool cover equipped with a barbecue and a gas plancha + an outdoor fridge.
Under a pergola on the pool side: a large outdoor teak table and chairs + deckchairs and parasol.
Large lounge and dining room with new, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (fan-assisted oven, microwave, American fridge).

Villa très agréable et fonctionnelle, elle est vraiment parfaite pour des vacances reposantes. Cette villa est neuve et bénéficie de tout le confort que l’on recherche. Le propriétaire est très sympathique, disponible à tout moment et soucieux de notre bien être. Je recommande cette villa les yeux fermés. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour
