Their wifi has improved since I last stayed there. Also their breakfast, which now includes made-to-order quesadillas! There is no elevator to the 2nd floor rooms, which makes it harder to haul luggage to rooms on that floor. But there were often employees around willing to help with the luggage.

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, parking was free, and it was a short walk to the centre of town. However, there was no hot water, the wi-fi was very slow and disconnected intermittently, the area around the pool was quite noisy in the evening, especially when the bar opened, and the breakfast not at all appealing or tasty. This is not a hotel I'd stay at again.

It was a pretty and well-cared-for hotel. Great value. Nice breakfast, clean pool, and spacious room with veranda. About a 15 minute walk to the historic center.

Loreto is a small, quiet town. We walked 10 minutes to the town square. Good restaurants and bars going and coming. Great place to relax and breathe in some clean air. We'll be coming back.

The staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful. All requests were met. The heated pool was great, but I miss a hot tub. The outdoor bar service was good and the only place to get ice. The rooms had no refrigerators nor micros. The breakfast buffet, which was included was very good as well.

The staff was excellent!! Friendly and attentive. Grounds immaculate. Great breakfast every morning. Room maid outstanding. Pool and bar available. A very nice hotel at opposite end of town where Malecon located. However we enjoyed walking to town several times a day!! Lots of restaurants and shops all along the way We loved our room but we were located in the back of hotel near a busy street with barking dogs and a donkey but still enjoyed
