Welcome to Lopar on the beautiful island of Rab. This comfortable and tastefully furnished holiday apartment offers plenty of space on 60 m² for up to six guests and is the ideal choice for families or small groups who want to spend a relaxing holiday near the beach. The accommodation combines pleasant living comfort with a quiet location and short distances to the most beautiful aspects of the place.



The flat features two bedrooms, a modern bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as an open-plan living area with a sofa bed, dining area and fully equipped kitchenette. Two covered balconies extend the living space outdoors and offer the perfect place for shared meals or relaxed hours in the fresh air.



For additional comfort, air conditioning, WiFi and a separate entrance to the flat are provided. We are happy to provide a cot on request. Pets are not permitted.



A particular highlight of the accommodation is the spacious outdoor area with its exceptionally designed, organically shaped pool landscape. The modern facility with curved forms, generous water surfaces, shallow relaxation areas and integrated water slide creates a special holiday atmosphere and provides ideal conditions for restful holiday days. Whether relaxed hours on the sun lounger or shared bathing fun with the family – this area makes the stay something special.



The offer is complemented by a well-maintained garden with a sunbathing lawn, sun loungers, parasols and a garden terrace. All guests also have access to barbecue facilities and a summer kitchen. Children can let off steam in the play area with a slide, trampoline, sandpit, swing and seesaw. Parking spaces are located directly at the house.



The location is one of the greatest advantages of the accommodation. The popular sandy beach of Lopar is only about 150 metres away and is easily accessible on foot. Restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and the town centre are also in the immediate vicinity. The surrounding area offers numerous opportunities for varied holiday days – from water sports and boat trips to cycling and hiking tours as well as a round of mini golf.



Included in the price are final cleaning, bed linen, towels, electricity, water, internet use, air conditioning, the use of the baby cot and the tourist tax.
