The room we dusty. It wasn't properly cleaned. The bathroom light didn't work. There was little to no hot water. We had no towels when we got there and when I asked for towels to front the staff person complained.

No please with the condition of the room that was given to me. And the TV screen looked like someone had knocked it over. There was a vertical black line going through the picture. I asked for another room, but the clerk refused and said she didn’t have any available. Even though online it showed there were 5 left after I booked my reservation.

CLASS A HOTEL

Room was very nice and clean. Staff members at front desk were very friendly and accomodating. They were very helpful in giving directions to nearby restaurants and to Interstate 20. I would recommend this hotel to all friends and family members.
