The staff were great. They were professional, polite & helpful. It was apparent the room had new hardcase furniture & a new floor. The problem in the room is the 3 chairs were very dirty, there was not a shower chair & it was a mobility room. And the strange thing was the bathroom door was installed backwards opening the wrong way. Makes it very difficult for handicap people.The lobby was very clean & decorated really nice.

I paid next to nothing so I shouldn't really have been disappointed. At check in the front desk person probably represented the hotel as it was. Average/Fair at best. At check out the person at the desk was beyond helpful and friendly and extremely accommodating. We made the same request the night before and that person was neither helpful or accommodating. For less than $100 per night would stay again with low expectations.

My only issue was that I booked because it appeared there was a hot tub in the pictures, all to find its been cemented in, only reason I booked it...otherwise nice stay, allowed early check in too.
