When I checked in the front desk had a note for me that gave me all the information that I would need. And then they put me in a good room for my mother. Holiday Inn Express always treats my mom well; she's in a wheelchair and they always have a room for her. There was a nice note under our door in the morning for check out. And the breakfast was fantastic. The room was nice and cool and it was super quiet and the parking was close for my mother.
