A Bit let down

I was a bit disappointed as Hampton has always been excellent in the past. This one was not as nice as normally is. I mean it had a moldy/mildewy smell and that made me wonder about how clean the carpet was??? The room was roomy but just did not get the good feeling I normally do with Hampton

The bed was quite comfortable. Really enjoyed the hot breakfast. The only issue we had was the loud guest up above us stomping around all hours of the night. If I was planning on utilizing the pool, then I would have really been disappointed, due to the pool was closed for repairs.

Worst hotel in longview Tx

Maid’s didn’t clean our room, door have issus the door do not open with the card then after they fix it the door knob come loose, restrooms where on a very poor conditionI request a clean up and never happen . Is the worst hotel I ever stay,

I was told there was no rooms available for a one hour early check in. The hallway carpets were dirty. The freezer was coated with a two inch thick layer of ice. The dresser/console was in need of repair with lamination peeling off. The TV did not work and no channels were available. The lady at the desk first said she didn't know what to do about it, then later made several excuses and said she'd contact the satellite company, yet the TV never worked. When I stay in a hotel, I always stay in a Hampton Inn and have always enjoyed them, but this stay was pretty disappointing.
