UNACCEPTABLE

Due to the vibration of our door closing/slamming on it's own, somehow it made the metal lock flap "open" and the door couldn't open. The manager had a make shift tool to slide through the crack & pust the flap to close and she said its happens often. Below are pictures of our room & the room across from us had horrible door damaged of ppl trying to get back into there rooms. DEFINITELY will not stay here again

Honest review

The room was clean and nice and the people who cleaned it take pride in their work because they made tissues look decorative and they made a puppy out of the small towels which was cute. The only negative is the hot tub was down when we went.

Staff at front desk was not real receptive during our checkin. Hotel floors felt unsafe on the 4th floor, and breakfast was mediocre at best. Juice machine had no juice, cream cheese packets were all open.

The staff overall was super friendly and supportive of my brother and my stay, while we were home to bury our mother. Breakfast prep by Mitch was excellent each morning. The desk and housekeeping staff were the best and always courteous and professional.
