Avoid this hotel

Air conditioning not working and next to busy road so if you open the windows there’s a lot of noise. When reception staff spoken to they just give you a piece of paper with a number to call. Was told a manager would contact me and 3 days later nothing. They don’t respond to calls or emails. Now going for money back through credit card company! Avoid this hotel!

Lovely connected double rooms. Great breakfast. Hotel is conveniently located, but next to a busy road so not an attractive location. Only problem was very noisy air conditioning, whooshing and gurgling even when turned off.

Clean room and good service at reception. Effective air conditioning. A reliable budget hotel. The bed creaked but that was the only thing that could be improved on.

Clean affordable place to stay while on the road. Can walk to LIDL to restock for travel in the AM. Breakfast available. Staff left me a key in lockbox to allow me to get into room arriving late.

Good location but!

On the plus side, location good, breakfast good. Negatives: towels were very thin, cleaners took my towel for washing but didn’t replace it so I had to go and ask for another towel, the front doors were locked at 8pm and the restaurant was closed without any notice and we specifically had asked for a hotel with restaurant
