Serviced Apartments in Longreach

Because the cabin I booked was unavailable, I got upgraded to a better cabin. The park is in a fairly good location. Its a bit of a walk into the town centre but its closer to attractions like the QANTAS Founders Museum and the Stockman's Hall of Fame. The cabin I was upgraded to was self-contained, clean, comfortable, with a modern shower and kitchen. It is a large park though, so for some other guests it may be a bit of distance to use the communal activities. There is also the added attraction of Kangaroos and various birds on the campsite. One of the nights I was there there was a big storm which blew the porch chairs and anything that wasn't fastened down around. However early next morning, the staff and cleaned everything up and it appeared nothing had happened!

Disappointed that pool was out of commission but all good otherwise. Very, very close to founders museum and airport.

Was a nice big room that was very clean and well maintained. The location was a little strange but not a huge concern. The only strange aspect was the bathroom set-up with the toilet and wash basin at the back and shower in front. The shower was open and water spilled out which meant you have to walk across a wet floor to go to the toilet or use the sink/vanity.
