Worst stay ever

First off I stood at the desk waiting to be checked in for about 25 minutes before I finally called on the phone to get somebody to come check me in then once I got to the room it kept going downhill as I looked around. The sheets were stained, bath tub wasn't clean, there were cigarette ashes in the side table drawer next to the bed, there was a pretty large sized bottle of vape juice by the headboard that was visible to me without moving anything and to top it all off there's a gunshot hole in the window. Also there was only 1 working light in the whole room.

Stayed in a suite and upon getting into the room the knob to the snik was sitting on top of the sink. The manager was very friendly and helpful but the sink was never fixed, was not offered another room or discount which was annoying and we ended up driving home instead of staying due to not feeling comfortable staying. Did not realize we booked the hotel on 119 i just booked where my daughter stayed. Ehen leaving for the wedding 2 police were coming out from behind the hotel. Staff very kind and friendly the property would definitely not be my 1st choice.

There were homeless people in the lobby and their stuff piled by the entrance. The pool was filmy dirty. The room smelled bad. There was no breakdast

I have stayed at this hotel for the past 10 years. I come to CO twice a year and stay here on 1 of those trips. I am assuming that it is under new management as it seems that alot of the rooms are being rented by the month. I did not feel safe going outside at night. The night desk man was very rude!!

Very loud even inside the room, I could hear kids from 2 doors down. Someone was smoking, I could smell it in the hallways and faintly in the room all night. The sink is scratched and damaged but there's a smart mirror, it was so bright i had to unplug it. And nobody in this price point needs a smart mirror.
