LaPlaya Condominiums provides a private beach, sheltered pool with sundeck, and beachfront grills so you won’t miss a minute of the sunset. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and all linens and beach towels are provided.

Recently updated condo features a breakfast bar , a spectacular Gulf view from the open kitchen/dining/living area leading to the screened beachfront lanai. The split floor plan insures that the quiet bedrooms are separated from family activity areas in this “all-on-one-level” condo.

The condo was pristine- the view was amazing- the beds were hands down the best mattresses I've slept on during a vacation stay The living room furniture was comfy The kitchen had everything you could think of and then some The screened in Lanai was fantastic- we could sit out there all night and not one bug bite We go to longboat twice a year and I will rent 104a again and again You cannot beat this location and unit- love love love it!
