Hidden Gem Longboat Key

We were so happy with our stay at Neptune #6! The condo was updated and stylish ! The host Great personal touches from the host …candy and K-cups for coffee to name a few ! We were so happy to have a cooler, chairs and beach towels for our beach days ! The sofa bed was very comfortable as well as the king size bed ! Convenient location to Publix. We would definitely stay here again !

The property was extremely clean and freshly updated. Enjoyed the 2 pm check in. Owner should adjust 9 am check out and push it out to 10 am. Host was easy to work with and would definitely return.

Amazing trip!

We had an amazing trip! This location is perfect with access to a quiet beach and still close enough to the more popular beaches and downtown. Apartment was cute and clean and had everything we needed for a perfect beach day! Will deff be back in the future!!

Condo is a Gem

The condo was beautiful & spotless! We felt like maybe we were the first to stay in this place because everything looked brand new and so clean. Loved the short walk across the street to the public but quiet beautiful beach. Publix was a very short walkable distance as well. Their were beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler for us to use. The internet was a bit spotty, but the owner assured us she was working with provider to remedy that. Would definitely stay here again if in area!

Gorgeous 1 BR steps from Longboat Key Beach

Beautifully renovated property across the street from the public beach. The unit is impeccable with tasteful, comfortable decor and thoughtful amenities (cooler, ice packs for cooler, beach chairs, beach towels, and hotel toiletries). The owner is super responsive. My mom has stayed in 4 other units in this building and they don’t compare. The location is great - close to beach, grocery store, golf courses, park, and nice sidewalks for walking. If you want a relaxing beach vacation you won’t be disappointed!!!

Great find!

The apartment was brand new and spotlessly clean. Although it’s close to Gilf of Mexico Drive, noise was not a problem. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The only issue is unreliable internet service, but we would still stay here again.

Wonderful respite

Last minute 4-day rental turned out to be newly renovated condo across the street from beach on Longboat Key. Very convenient to St Armands and Sarasota as well as Publix, CVS and clothing stores around the corner. April, the host, is very accessible and attentive to questions. Had a minor issue with cable, and neighbor dropped by to see if she could help. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware, coffee machine; there are plenty towels and beach chairs. Highly recommend staying at the Neptune.

Beautiful, Spotless, Fun

the condo has everything you need to have a great vacation. Spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. All you need is your toothbrush and your clothes. Beautiful white beach stretches for miles. Lots to do nearby... parasailing, segway rental, bike rental, dolphin cruises, kayak rental, shopping, swimming both at the beach and in a large public pool at Lido Beach, scooter rental, fishing, fabulous seafood restaurants at very reasonable prices, live music in restaurants, etc. Publix, CVS, library are all a short walk away. Owner was very available for questions. Beautiful screened in porch off the living room and bedroom, nice view from this 2nd floor condo.

Bay Isle Stay

Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Appliances were excellent. However, the description of the property led me to believe there was a washer and dryer in the unit. Not true. There is a community coin operated laundry on the premises. That’s fine, but I would have packed differently if I had known. I Haven’t been to Sarasota in three years and found the traffic to be worse than it ever was especially getting to and from Longboat Key and in Longboat Key as well.
