Wonderful welcome!

The guy on reception was amazing! Greeted with a great welcoming smile! Later in the evening he even provided me with a plate, knife and fork for my Indian takeaway! Brilliant!!!

The hotel was a short walk from the train stations and the staff was kind and helpful. Someone got stuck in one of the two elevators shortly after we arrived, and the room while clean was starting to feel a bit worn. There were a few great restaurants eat by, but the surrounding block or two felt run down and not particularly safe at night.

The room was ridiculously warm (no ac at all) the tv didn’t work and there were no plugs by the headrest. Honestly the worst stay I can remember.

Silverstone trip

Good location for out trip to silverstone. Nothing fancy but did the job and at a reasonable price. Easy to find and council car park for 2 quid a night right next to it. Glad we picked it as hassle free.

Bathroom and bedroom was filthy and the bathroom stunk like a sewer...got accosted by the multiple pretend homeless yobs at the door going whilst going In And out...bed was very uncomfortable you can feel every spring and the sheets smelled musty....spent two nights sleeping on top with towel over me. As reception staff when I combined pretend they don't speak good English. What a dump
