Enjoy our beautifully remodeled home in Long Branch just a few blocks from the beach, Pier Village, and the boardwalk!
Minimum age to rent 23 years old.

This spacious house features:

4 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms

An extra room off the living room with two sofa beds (Queen & Twin) that can serve as a 4th bedroom

Fully furnished with plenty of closet space

Washer & dryer on the 2nd floor

Hardwood floors on the first floor and carpet upstairs

Deck and yard perfect for relaxing.

Free parking inside the yard for up to 7 cars or more(depending on size)

●Location: Corner property 12 mts walking to the beach.

You can choose key or smart-lock entry:

The main entrance has two locks:

Top lock – Use the key from the lockbox (if you choose the key option)

You’ll receive the smart-lock code on the day of arrival

On the 1st floor, window A/C units or split unit.

Please keep all windows and doors closed at all times to avoid freezing the A/C system.

Amazing Stay – Perfect for Groups!Very nice and spacious house—perfect for our group of 12. Check-in was easy, and the home had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable weekend. Spacious house, lots of beds. Walkable to the beach, or a 5 minute uber away. They had some beach stuff (umbrellas, chairs) for us to borrow, so we didn’t have bring our own.

A great place to stay

This was an amazing house. The house was beautiful and set up with everything we needed for a perfect weekend. It was not a far walk to the beach and a quick drive to the boardwalk. You were a great host and were quick to respond with any questions that we had. You made the stay so much better. I would love to stay here again.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at the beach house on Joline Avenue in Long Branch! The home was the perfect size for our group and felt warm, comfortable, and inviting from the moment we arrived. The beach-themed décor was thoughtfully done, and the house was beautifully appointed with amenities that made it easy to relax and enjoy our time together.One of our favorite parts was being able to walk to the beach and catch a gorgeous June sunrise—such a special way to start the day. We also loved the additional outdoor hangout space, which gave everyone room to spread out and unwind.It was a little too warm during our visit to take advantage of the fire pit, but we could easily imagine how cozy and enjoyable this area would be on a crisp fall evening or during an early spring getaway.Overall, this is a charming, well-equipped beach house in a fantastic location. Great house, very clean and roomy.

Very nice, could use sheets for futons and dishwasher wasnt working which wouldnt be a problem except we had a big family. It was only a 10 minutes walk to 7 presidents beach. Its on a main street so its very noisy. Tons of parking and bushes gave privacy. Overall very nice house,, wonderful hosts who are response.

Perfect stay for a girls-weekend getaway!

Overall this house was perfect! Very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It was perfect for a getaway weekend with the girls to unwind and bond; within walking distance to the beach and a quick drive to great restaurants. I would definitely recommend others stay!
