Walthamstow Edwardian Flat

I am renting out my large two bedroom ground floor flat in a semi-detached Edwardian house in Walthamstow.

I have lived here for 9 years and put a lot of time into making it my dream home. I love it and I hope you do too!

It truly is a wonderful road to live on and highly desirable in Walthamstow. The neighbours are very friendly and always willing to help one another out.

The flat itself backs onto Epping Forest meaning you are not at all overlooked and can access the forest within 30 seconds.

You also have Wood Street just 10 minutes away which has a handful of coffee shops and artisan bakeries.

The famous Walthamstow Village is just a 10/15 minute walk.

There are many transport links nearby including Wood Street overground (10 minute walk), buses W15, W19, W12, 20, 230, 257 all just a one minute walk away, Walthamstow underground and Leytonstone underground (both accessible via walking or bus).
