The hotel was central to everything. Less than 5 mins walk from the train station and the breakfast spread in the hotel was exceptional. You had so much choice and the food was fresh. Also the staff were very professional and pleasant. I was only there for bed and breakfast, I found the pillows were like sleeping on air and supportive at the same time..a recipe for a very good night sleep.

Really lovely hotel, lots of lovely places to eat around. The breakfast was gorgeous, felt quite luxury. Mika on the check in was lovely, very friendly and helped us with directions and easy routes for us to get to the o2. Lovely view, would definitely return

Comfortable sleep perfect for O2 Arena

Always our go to hotel when we’re attending anything at the O2. Rooms are a little on the small side, but fine for short stays. Beds are super comfortable and air conditioning works a treat. Granted we didn’t put a do not disturb on the door, but the cleaning staff tried to enter the room twice before 9am, which is a bit of a rude awakening. No need for them to do that when we’re staying 1 night and check out is at 11. They charged me for the room twice! But the helpful member of staff in the morning quickly sorted it with a refund.

Staff were great, breakfast was good. Only issue was television in room which sporadically switched itself off after freezing, issue was reported to reception but unfortunately not resolved until last night. Used bar once for 2 drinks, appreciate the location but as hotel residents, would not expect to pay service charge which was automatically added to the bill. Otherwise, felt very safe, enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back to this hotel.

It was fantastic to be able to leave my luggage with them while I travelled north. I did return to the hotel for 3 days and enjoyed my stay. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

We have stayed at this property several times. The breakfast is excellent! Beds outstanding. Staff over the top. However, this stay the LTE and WIFI were only 2 bars and the connectivity was intermittent. It was difficult to work with this challenge. Wifi in the lobby was just ok.

Tribe is a really great hotel for a short city break in London. Ideal location in Wood Wharf in Docklands with excellent transport links. The rooms whilst small are very clean and have high quality wash products as well as a decent hairdryer. The staff are always extremely helpful. Lots of good places nearby to eat and drink. A highly recommended hotel.
