Ideally placed easy to get to, staff very friendly. Lots of food options nearby and very close to tube. Rooms a bit on the small side and we had no external window, just overlooked the opposite corridor so no natural light in the morning, is my only criticism. Location 10/10

Rooms are practical and compact, with good daily cleaning and good hotel facilities (restaurant and bar). The area is well furnished with restaurants, bars an underground shopping mall in proximity of the Jubilee and (further to walk) Elizabeth lines and the DLR. Very practical for a long weekend in London.

The room was great, very clean, small (but it's London). The location was also excellent, nice and close to several key tube stations and right near the Canary Wharf mall. The only complaint I have is that the "king" bed is really a queen-sized (and yes, I checked, I got the room I booked).

Lovely hotel. Stayed numerous times, had some issues on our last stay. Management reached out to us, and as we already had another booking for this stay, they went of their way to make up for it. Upgraded our room, and gave us a brownie and free drinks to celebrate my birthday. Top notch customer service. Perfect hotel for events at the O2 arena. Highly recommend.
