Disappointed with guest customer service

Disappointed that the preauthorised funds haven’t been refunded after checking out 6 days ago. Hotel unhelpful with it. The hotel is modern and clean although really poor quality pillows and mattress as very soft and flat pillows so sleep quality was poor.

Fabulous hotel, comfortable and stylish. Amazing rooftop restaurant. Waited for ages for a table for breakfast, had to sit at the bar. Would be nice to be asked if we want to reserve a table for breakfast when we checked in.

Room is too small. Definitely not good with family stay. I have only one toddler. And 3 of us feels like squeezing in a small space. I can’t believe this hotel has many good reviews with its price and room size. Where these good review come from?!! It’s misleading!

As ever, really nice stay. The Snug is small but perfectly nice for an overnight stay. Good shower and bed and the decor is great with a nice retro style. Good breakfast too. Good access to South Bank , Waterloo, jubilee line for 02 etc

Great hotel - Service could be better

It’s our second stay at this hotel and we absolutely love it. The style, the decor, the comfort of the bed and the location make it the perfect place for a weekend in London. Sadly the service did let it down on this occasion. The bar area was extremely quiet but it still took almost half an hour to order a drink and then another 15 minutes to be told they didn’t have what we wanted.

Cool hotel with a great vibe

Cool hotel with a great vibe in southbank. Close to the Tube. Several cool pubs in the area. This area is close to the Cut and the Young Vic theatre but also not full of tourists. Hotel restaurant was nice but a little pricey -> recommend you venture out to find food in a nearby restaurant. Will definitely stay again.

Nice modern hotel with trendy functional rooms. The staff are extremely polite, friendly and helpful. Good quality in room tea and coffee etc with fresh milk. Very quiet room with very roomy shower. High quality bath and shower gel. Only downside, we found the bed and pillows too soft. Hotel in great location for central London. Tube 5 mins away. Will definitely stay again.
