The hotel itself is gorgeous. The room decor is absolutely trendy. Everything was very clean, the bed and pillows are super comfortable, the room service was wonderful. The views are great. We loved both restaurants and the bar. The service was truly impeccable, particularly with JC who is an absolute gem! Look no further, this is the place to stay at!

The lobby and 2nd floor workspace are great..I hosted a brunch for 14 people at Albie (the lobby restaurant) and they handled it with ease. The room was wonderful, the bed very comfortable and the location excellent. Downsides: Most days I was downstairs five minutes to 11 and the breakfast service was already over, so don’t pay for breakfast in advance unless you wake up early. Also, the only laundry option is very overpriced. The service overall is excellent, though, and I would stay there again.

Loved the hotel and the staff, didn't use the restaurant or bar but very happy with everything else. Only thing I would've preferred would be an iron available rather than a steamer although I didn't ask or check if there was one available.

Lovely hotel, good location. A bit disappointed the rooms aren’t tidied and restocked every day. Clean sheets and towels not necessary but a quick tidy would’ve been good. Hair care products provided weren’t the best. Other than that, hotel was fine.
