We had a great stay. Everything was exactly as described, and the hotel met our expectations in every way. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the location was excellent. We would happily stay here again and would recommend it to others visiting London.

This is a charming, new hotel. As long as stairs are not a problem for you this is a great place to explore London from the West Side. It is walkable to the Thames and bus stops were everywhere. There is a charming pub on the first floor and the staff is all friendly and helpful. The decor is lovely and I was very happy with my stay!
