Appalling service. Avoid at all costs.

Stay was cancelled when we arrived of the train . We were arriving with a sick child. No alternative and suitable accommodation could be offer. This resulted in significant stress and anxiety for us in trying to find alternative accommodation. Absolutely appalling service.
