I love the place, room was very nice and clean, bed is so comfortable bathroom floor is heated 🤩 Staff was super friendly and helpful ❤️ loved the stay and would love to come again
The property is beautiful inside and out, and a less than a minute walk to the Bond St. Underground Station for easy transportation. Near many stores on Oxford Street. The rooms are spacious with many amenities and very quick service 24/7.
I loved that the suite was a smart suite. Everything I needed was a push button away.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Very modern beautiful lobby filled with ceramic art and comfy couches. Welcome cocktail. Great location near charming parts of Marylebone and its boutiques, restaurants and Sat. Farmers market, and also close to tube and buses, super helpful staff and concierge who was able to help with challenging dinner reservations, terrific room - layout, lighting, stocked fridge and coffee (oat milk for espresso in room!) Note - the hotel adds a 5% service charge to the bill which you can choose to adjust at check out for tipping all hotel staff.
Excellent location with the tube and Oxford Street just a few metres from the door. Staff are attentive and pleasant. The hotel service is so nice and welcoming and the rooms are fantastically designed, absolutely spotless and super comfy. One of the best nights sleep I've ever had at a hotel. The only downside I think is the restaurant. I'm not sure if it is actually a part of the hotel or just affiliated but it wasn't quite the same as the hotel. The wait staff were fantastic and really nice but the front of house was not so welcoming. Breakfast isn't included as you might expect from such a high cost hotel and is an order style rather than continental. I felt it was overpriced for what it is was. Despite being told I had credit on checkin so far the breakfast appeared to have been charged extra. Door and concierge were particularly pleasant and were very helpful ensuring that my onward journey to the airport was as smooth as possible
Fantastic accommodation. The room was super clean, comfortable, and awesome. The check-in/check out, housekeeping, and room service was excellent. They have the friendliest staff. The doormen helped with loading luggage which was appreciated. The service always felt over and above. The hotel is close to shopping and there’s a tube station minutes away. We loved everything about our stay!
