The hotel room is dirty with stains on the walls, no bathroom floor towel for safety, no phone or intercom in the room. The noise from other room was so loud that I couldn’t sleep. My room walls was disgusting with different kind of stains that I was forced to go talk to the front desk or receptionist
I requested for an iron and I was brought a dear black iron that messed up my cloths. It’s basically not for me.
The receptionist that welcome me in was very professional and pleasant.
Staff was so rude. Gave us dirty room ask them to change but they was so rude and ask me to talk with expdia. I asked the name of the person on reception but he refused to tell me his name
This is the worst place you can ever visit in London. The room was very dirty and unclean, that we have to leave. Asked for a refund which until now we have not received. For your sanity, NEVER BOOK THIS PLACE. Unless you like dirt!
Booked for 2 nights to go to a gig, guy on reception was very helpful, let us leave our luggage, room was clean and comfortable and very reasonably priced. Good location for transport in and out of main London.
