We have been regular customers of this hotel for a long time. Unfortunately, the same issue keeps happening. Previously, even though we booked a double room, the hotel gave us a twin room with two single beds. We complained at that time, and we were told that we needed to book a double room to avoid this problem in the future. But yesterday the same thing happened again. We booked a double room, yet we were given a twin room with two single beds pushed together. Before going to the room, we asked the receptionist, but he said there were no other rooms available. This was very disappointing and completely unacceptable. If the hotel cannot provide proper double rooms with double beds, they should not let guests book them. It feels misleading and like a waste of money, especially for loyal customers like us. The middle-aged man at reception was also behaving very poorly. He didn’t even apologise for the inconvenience. What kind of customer service is that? When people choose to stay at your hotel, your staff should treat them with respect and provide proper service—not act in a ridiculous manner.

Bug on the bed, toilet seat was broken and not very clean, considering the hiked price at £134 it had practically nothing about it, daylight robbery for one night, checked out early because it was actually disgusting, told the man at the front desk, he had nothing to say, no apology nothing just ignored us
