The room was tiny when using the toilet I had to have the bathroom door open, the sink didn’t drain properly and the the tv had a blob on the screen where it’d been damaged and not replaced.

Unfortunately I didn’t enjoy my stay and wouldn’t recommend your hotel. There was a half eaten sandwich in the fridge !! The beds was very uncomfortable due to feeling the springs . This could have been rectified with a mattress cover. The carpet was grubby and need cleaning. In my opinion this was not a 3 star hotel.

The hotel and rooms are in very poor condition. There is a strong smell throughout the property, and my room smelled as if someone had been cooking in it. The walls were dirty, and the room itself was only slightly larger than a single bed. The reception was not available 24/7 and was located several houses down the street. I was unable to finish my stay and left after one night, even though I had paid for two. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience.

Terrible in all aspects, rude staff. Mold in room and shower, filthy stained carpets. A door in which the deadbolt could not lock. Did not properly clean or change sheets the whole 5 nights I stayed. Just gross and unsanitary. Rude and unhelpful staff.

It's not a what I would call a hotel but rather a chain of 6 apartment-houses (more like a motel). Room was fine, but not the cleanest. Price wise it's worth it, close to some local pubs that were excellent, and close to public transport. Extremely small shower/washroom.

Amazing value and convenient location. 12 mins walk from central line one direction and district/circle line the other direction. Nice staff, very clean and felt safe. Quiet if you keep the windows closed. Good beds and bathrooms, a wall fan and kettle with cups for the tiny price. A few steps away from shops and cafes for all your food needs. They even upgraded us from twin room to family. If you want a very affordable place for central London you can't beat this. I will use Sapphire again.
