Clean room, all staff really helpful, great live music on the Friday evening, free cocktail vouchers for choosing not to have housekeeping over a short stay. Breakfast was good but would be nice to have some additional gluten free items and some other hot items, but everything was fresh and tasty.

Compact but cozy!

Room was compact but had everything one might need. Bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable and i had N excellent nights sleep. External noise was minimum. Breakfast was ok, porridge only available cold and had to make my own breakfast tea from leafs. Rest of selection was good.

This wasn't the best choice for me as a mom traveling with her son. I had asked for assistance and requested it upon arrival. There is no room service or ability to call for it, which made me feel a little uneasy. I didn't feel the safest at night. I also had a lot of travel luggage to carry, as well as a child so my hands were full. The staff, however, were excellent. Mo really was a highlight on our stay, and went above and beyond to accommodate and help me out.

The sealant in the shower could’ve been a bit better, but other than that I’ll forever love staying at this hotel! The location is so good and the breakfasts are always so lush
