Bit annoying that I had specifically asked for a twin room with bath but we were upgraded to a king room which also had a bath. Couldn’t complain too much due to upgrade but I was travelling with my daughter and twin beds wd have been better. There were no twin rooms available but we did get complimentary breakfast.

Too Hot To Handle

I have to say I was very disappointed with our check in. We paid nearly $200 for an early check in to move our check in from 3 pm to 11:30 am. When we got to our room it was extremely hot and uncomfortable with q little fan in the room. Our first night was miserable. The next morning when I complained how hot it was, I was told that the AC was broken in that room and we would be moved to another room. No one told us as check in that the AC didn’t work and I paid an extra $200 for that! I believe I should have at least been offered the refund of my early check in. This is unacceptable!!!!

Good value central London stay

This was a great hotel for a night’s stay close to Marble Arch/Hyde Park. The hotel is well maintained and clean and has good facilities. The only negative was the unpleasant drain/air circulation smell that ran through reception and the lobby area. Really not great!

this property is tired. lift was broken. had to lift my bags two flights of stairs. room was a disaster - when enter room had to walk down 12 steps to room - which was so so small. to turn on main light i had to go up and down the stairs. bathroom tiny. to me NOT worth the money. i couldn't wait to leave - the next morning the lift was still broken - had to take all bags down two flights of stairs. joke !!

This is the worst hotel I ever stayed. I am traveling for 2 weeks and stayed at 4 different hotels. Nothing compares to this disappointment. HOTEL HAS NOT BEEN REMODELED!!!! The images Expedia posted is incorrect. I felt grossed walking or using it anything there. The furnitures were, very dirty with stained carpet, and so much more. I cannot even explained. This was deceiving in regards to booking. I will NEVER stayed there.
