Reception staff were amazing, the food in the attached Steak & Lobster place was great, room was clean and tidy. Only downsides were the sliding wardrobe doors were on the point of being broken and the lift was soooo slooooow.

The standard double room was the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in, and not laid out well enough to be that small (unlike other hotels). Shower pressure was terrible, and either boiling hot or freezing cold. Room and facilities were all quite dated and worn.

Room was awful, way too small, the room was a single room meant for one person not a double for two people, I had to climb over my partner to get in and out of bed. Three sides of the bed were against walls, My partner couldn’t lie straight. An absolute disgrace.

The hotel was in a very convenient location, close to Bond street station and a couple of minutes walk from Oxford St. Unfortunately, the room was not great, it felt like a single room. A standard double bed pushed up against a wall with no bedside tables. The bathroom was tiny and the bedroom window looked directly into an office block opposite so privacy wasn’t great. Good for convenient location but the room didn’t resemble the photos on the website in any way.

Great location just behind Oxford Street and a couple of minutes walk from Marble Arch tube station. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice quiet room and very comfortable bed.

Check in was smooth and hotel clean and quiet for such a central location. Hotel room 122 looked a bit tired, v small bathroom and had a view of a brick wall but as we only stayed for one night as a base, was fine but nothing like picture. Price was ok for central London with some great pubs and shopping on door step.

The room had no bedside lights apart from bright spot lights. There was not water one morning with no alternative to wash. On check out no apology for the issues. Will never stay here again

The hotel is located just off Oxford Street, very close to Selfridges department store. It is two minutes walk from Marble Arch tube station which makes it convenient for commuting and getting around London. It is also a five minute walk to Hyde Park. Its location down a side street makes it very quiet for sleeping. The reception team were very welcoming and the water in reception was very welcomed after being on the hot tube. I received an room upgrade which was a nice surprise. The room has every amenity, hair dryer, robes, slippers, excellent tea and coffee, all bathroom hand lotion, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, tissues, bath salts and self care items. There were two comfy arm chairs and a table if you wanted to eat in your room. There is a Marks and Spencer a couple of minutes away if you want to visit their food hall. The only negatives with the room were a couple of stains on the carpet and some paint chipping on the skirting boards. I didn't try the on site dining options but the restaurant looked very nice. Unlike other reviews I found the hotel to be quite and would definitely recommend it.
