The ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly. They turned a rough morning into a pleasant day. My only critique would be the incredibly small bathroom and there are no accessible outlets by the bed. Towels fall off the hooks and should be changed to hold two. The bus stop is close and the hotel is in a location next to quite a bit of shopping. I would happily stay there again for its location and friendly staff.

Small room, single very busy lift, minimal facilities in room. By the square door of room space probably the most expensive hotel I have stayed in. It's not bad but don't expect luxury despite the price you have to pay.

Well located almost on Oxford street. The rooms are super small even for London. Air Con did not work so there was a mobile air con device with a pipe out the window. Bathroom super small! WiFi was very good. Lift was not working. Restaurant looked nice but I didn’t use it.

Fantastic location and staff

This hotel is in a great location if you like shopping and is only a 2 minute walk to the tube station. All the staff we engaged with were very friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent as was the kind service. I would definitely stay here again.

Good location, nice room.

Overall a very good stay. Friendly and helpful staff, nice room with super king bed, which was a good size for London. Great location with lots of attractions in walking distance. Only downside was a lot of noise coming up from the street in the early morning, I think the windows need more soundproofing.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to everything I needed, which made getting around very easy. The staff were truly wonderful—friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. However, the housekeeping left something to be desired. Rooms weren’t consistently cleaned to the expected standard. With some improvements in that area, this place could easily be top-tier.

Do not stay here

I would not recommend this hotel due to unprofessional staff, poor customer service, and unsanitary conditions. When my fiancé and I arrived, we were told they couldn’t find our reservation—even after we showed proof of payment and confirmation. We waited in the lobby for a long time while the front desk staff ignored calls from Hotels.com and sat around loudly mocking guests. They even bragged about things they had done to other guests they didn’t like and openly discussed whether they could refuse to give us a room. After several attempts, Hotels.com was finally able to reach them. We were eventually given a room, but it was tiny and overlooked a courtyard filled with trash. Overall, the experience was unacceptable.

Comfort in central London

Lovely comfortable room, bed was lovely. Room was small but had everything you needed and was clean. Reception staff were friendly. Corridors a bit tight and cleaner pushed passed us without saying excuse me! Good choice of nearby restaurants
