Duplex space with kitchen diner living area on the ground floor and 2 double bedrooms with spacious salon complete with additional single bed in the basement level. Note that the bedrooms are below ground level so very quiet but no views from the windows. The apartment has a small enclosed back yard area for sitting outside.
