The hotel was in a perfect location. The tube station for West ferry was literally right outside the door. There was a park in walking distance with a lovely playground and some restaurant options. The breakfast was excellent for a buffet and definitely worth the $. Ten pounds per adults and kids were free! It was very quiet even though there were many guests! The small downsides were you had to ask for your room to be cleaned, which we didn't realize until a few days in, and we got double charged for breakfast the first day once to the room and once on our credit card. That was a bit confusing and no one was at the desk when we checked out to resolve it unfortunately. Otherwise, great stay and a revered chain for a reason.

The room was clean, the amenities were good. Reception staff were helpful and check in/check out was easy. At breakfast, Marina was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we could get food even though we were a bit late.
