This room was not available on the date reserved. For me, to reserve a room and not have a room is terrible. Expedia (not Orbitz) did rebook us into another hotel. We will review that booking if asked to fo so. The three star ratings should be “not applicable” but that rating is not available.

Good stay

Had a comfortable stay in central London. Room was fully equipped with a kettle, microwave and a mini fridge. Found the bathroom bit tight as I’m on the larger side. Rooms had noise coming from other rooms using loo or shower. Staff very helpful and friendly. Would recommend if you want to stay central and just use the room to sleep.

Ground floor room with NOISY air conditioning/heater generator outside net to window. Broken handle from bathroom. Tiny cold bathroom with impossible turn on for water from outside to avoid very cold water falling to your body. Friendly staff and very good English breakfast.

Friendly welcoming staff. Room well equipped and lovely complimentary drinks available. The bed was super comfy and the shower powerful and hot. Unfortunately, the room was very cold. At night we asked how the heating worked - it was -5c the night we stayed and apparently it is controlled from the reception. They did turn it on but it never got really warm. When I woke up it was freezing in the room and the vents were blowing cold air. I had to contact reception to have the heating turned on, which didn’t work very well. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was lovely, but very uncomfortable in winter to have a room so cold.

Very nice

Arrived at 12.30, room wasn’t ready but they fixed me up with a room within 40 minutes and had an upgraded room which was really nice, comfortable and quiet. Convenient location, close to Paddington.
