A clear contractors hotel carpark full of vans taking 4 spaces each so parking was a challenge. Front desk welcome poor. When they ask for a damage deposit before check in it says it all. Room had superficial clean, tv remote missing. Thin walls so you hear everything, no hand towel. Damages walls. Curtains don't meet….never again…

awful experience wifi didn't work tv didn't work heating was set to on with temperature control not working, so dusty we kept sneezing couldn't stay the night so left after a few hours, the staff member told me to ask the manager to fix the wifi the next day even though I was only staying one night?

I had a great stay at the palms. I stayed for four days for a wedding event that took place in the event center. The staff were warm and most especially Nicholas at the front office also the housekeeping team that came in every morning for the room cleaning. The entire team was helpful. The Palms is near Harold Wood station, where you get on the Elizabeth line to take you to Heathrow airport or connect other places in the UK. Amber cabs are available to take you to the train stations or anywhere you want to go. Overall, I had an amazing time and will definitely visit again.
