1) Indirizzo sbagliato ovvero diverso che ha reso molto più ostico il raggiungimento delle mete previste 2) terzo piano senza ascensore difficilmente raggiungibile anche per normodotati 3) mancanza aria Condizionata (chiesta in fase di prenotazione e confermata sul sito) con 3 inutili ventilatori. Al rientro in appartamento c'erano 38/39° 4) appartamento ben tenuto e molto gradevole
