Clean, central and fab value for money!
Great value for money! Hard to find but the guy on reception helped direct us. The mattress was very hard so slightly uncomfortable sleep and the apartment above us were noisy, sounded like they were moving furniture around! Overall clean, central and fab value for money! Would stay again and recommend to a friend.

Our stay overall was very nice, due to the covid situation they do not clean the rooms daily but the furniture and rooms are almost new. The room is very comfortable and the kitchenette is basic but enough. The only bad thing is that the property does not have an elevator. The staff is very helpful too.

An excellent room all round, highly recommend.
The location was excellent for Hampstead High Street with excellent rail, tube and Thameslink on the doorstep. You can park on the side streets at weekends too. The room was brilliant they’d thought of everything. All seemed brand new. Fridge, kettle, cooking ring and utensils. Loads of towels and toiletries. Lovely comfy bed. Bathroom so clean and shiny! We were at the back so very quiet.

Perfect little studio for West End Lane
The location of this studio apartment was ideal for a visit to our family who live just off West End Lane. The studio was modern . clean , lovely shower room . The best use was made of the room with a small kitchen behind double doors , even a flap underneath the tv for use as a table . Desk in the corner under the window. Plenty of plugs and port points. All in all -- perfect for our needs.

realy nice room with all we need and realy clean. We stay there for a whole week and the room was clean every day, with fresh towels every day. I recomend the place.

Treatment of guest: On arrival, manager was very unprofessional and unhelpful to say the least. Also raised her voice which is unacceptable. Couldn't find my booking then said it was only for one night not three as I'd booked. The actual place: firstly, it's a dodgy looking unmarked door, behind which is a very steep staircase. I was on the top floor and it took ages to drag suitcases up. Avoid if you have a large suitcase, any walking difficulty at all, or a pram! Also, the entire place was dirty, marks all over every single surface: walls, floors, everywhere, as if they'd stopped caring a decade ago. Fridge and freezer were broken, and lights cut out one night.

AWFUL..... Tired damp and in Desperate need of TLC
Check in process was about the only positive, very quick and easy. Had to leave a credit card swipe as a security deposit.... having opened the door to the “suite” I’m not sure what I could have done to the room to warrant £200 damage! The room carpet was thread bare. The wall had peeling wallpaper and more worryingly Damp mark all over the wall. The kitchen cabinets were falling apart and the general furniture and fixtures were tired and in DESPERATE need of a refurb! Bathroom was at least clean ish. Although the shower arm didn’t lock in and was useless and kept sliding down. Only positive is the location. Near nice pubs and restaurants . Would not recommend.... spend a few quid more and stop somewhere better..... I’d have gone elsewhere but there were no alternatives nearby.

The room was very clean and practically set out (the little kitchenette behind the wardrobe doors. I could possibly stay there for a few more days (we only said for a night). We were in room 10 which is right at the top and they have no step free access so not good If you have a lot of luggage or a disability. There was a beautiful city view, just wish we could sit on the rooftop but the windows don’t open wide enough
